As Snow Axe rightfully points out, null-sec has every right to care about what you do in high-sec because your actions affect other players in the game. |

Well, you gave the reason why it has been said, and even agreed with it. Null-sec has a much more vested interest in what high-sec does than vice-versa. It really doesn't matter, though, since most high-sec people would rather just play solo, AFK, or what-not, and probably don't give a **** what null-sec does. |
